Paying for a package
Payment is a plain SOL transfer that you send yourself. There is no card form, no account and no signature request. The panel reserves an address, you send the amount, and the chain does the rest.
- Reservation
- 30 minutes
- Check interval
- Every 30 seconds
- Amount
- At least the price shown
- Sender
- Any wallet or exchange
Step by step#
- Choose a package in the panel while your wallet is connected. The order is created for the address you connected.
- The panel reserves a payment address from our pool of addresses for 30 minutes and shows it with the exact amount and a Solana Pay QR code. While reserved, that address is not handed to anyone else.
- Send the SOL. Scan the QR code with a phone wallet, or copy the address and amount into any wallet. One transfer, at least the amount shown.
- Press I have paid. The panel starts checking the reserved address on chain every 30 seconds. It keeps checking in the background if you close the modal or switch tabs, and shows a banner for the open order.
- The package turns active. As soon as a finalized transfer of the right amount is found, the order becomes Paid, its signature is saved, and the volume is added to your balance.
How a transfer is matched#
The panel looks at recent transactions to the reserved address and accepts the first one that meets every rule below. All checks are on chain, using the transaction itself.
| Rule | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Right address | The SOL must go to the address reserved for this order. Another PumpCrate address does not count. |
| Inside the window | The transfer must land after the order was placed and before the reservation ends. A transfer sent before you placed the order is not matched. |
| Enough SOL | The amount received must be at least the package price. A shortfall of up to 0.001 SOL is tolerated so that wallet rounding never blocks a payment. |
| One transfer | The amount has to arrive in a single transaction. Two smaller transfers that add up to the price are not combined. |
| Successful and final | Failed transactions are ignored, and the transfer must be finalized on chain. |
| Not already used | A transaction signature can pay for one order only. The same payment cannot be matched twice. |
If your exchange or wallet deducts its withdrawal fee from the amount you enter, the address may receive less than the price. Enter the amount so that the full price arrives, or send a little extra.
Who can send the payment#
Anyone. The transfer can come from the wallet you signed in with, a different wallet, a team member's wallet or an exchange withdrawal. The package is always credited to the address that placed the order, never to the sender. That makes it safe to pay from a hot wallet while keeping the balance on the address you use for the panel.
When the reservation runs out#
After 30 minutes without a matching payment, the order becomes Expired and the address goes back into the pool. The panel keeps checking for a short grace period after the deadline to allow for a transfer that was sent in time but confirmed late. If you need more time, place a new order: it gets a fresh 30 minute reservation.
If you sent a payment and the order still expired, do not send it again. Contact support with the transaction signature of your transfer. A signature is enough for us to find it on chain and credit the right address. See Troubleshooting.
What you never have to do#
- Sign a message or a transaction to log in or to pay.
- Approve a token allowance or delegate.
- Paste a seed phrase or private key anywhere.
- Add a memo or reference to the transfer. The reserved address identifies the order.
Your payment records#
Every order appears in the Payments tab with the package, price, volume, status, the address it was reserved to and, once paid, the transaction signature. You can open any signature on Solscan and export the list as CSV. See CSV exports.
