Checking session trades on chain

Every trade a session makes is an ordinary Solana swap signed by a session wallet. That means you can check all of it yourself with public tools, without taking anyone's word for it.

What a session trade looks like on chain#

A session trade is a normal buy or sell of your token, sent from one of the session's wallets. On the bonding curve it goes through the Pump.fun program; after migration it goes through the PumpSwap program. Each one has a transaction signature, a timestamp, the wallet that signed it, the SOL amount and the token amount. Nothing about it is hidden or different from any other trader's swap.

On Solscan#

  1. Open solscan.io and search for your token's mint address.
  2. Open the token's transfers or the activity of its bonding curve account (or pool, after migration) to see the latest trades.
  3. Open any transaction to see the signer, the SOL moved and the tokens moved.
  4. Open a signer's address to see all of that wallet's activity, including other trades from the same session.

The bonding curve account usually sits at the top of the token's holder list on Solscan, holding most of the unsold supply. Its activity is the cleanest view of curve trades.

On DexScreener#

DexScreener lists a Pump.fun token once it trades in a pool, and it also tracks many tokens while they are still on the curve. Its trade list shows each buy and sell with the maker address, which you can click through to Solscan. Volume, transaction counts and maker counts on DexScreener include session trades the same way they include everyone else's.

On Pump.fun#

The token page on Pump.fun shows the trades tab, the holder distribution, the board with comments, and the favorite count. Session trades appear in the trades tab, and board activity appears on the board and in the counters.

Your own records#

  • Your payment signature is saved on the order and linked to Solscan from the Payments tab.
  • Your sessions show their progress and timeline in the panel.
  • For questions about a specific trade, send support its signature. A signature identifies a transaction exactly.

What the numbers mean#

MetricWhat session trades addWhere to see it
VolumeThe SOL value of every buy and sellPump.fun, DexScreener, analytics sites
TransactionsOne per buy or sellDexScreener, Solscan
MakersOne per distinct session wallet that tradedDexScreener, Pump.fun trades
HoldersSession wallets while they hold the tokenPump.fun, Solscan holders
Comments and favoritesBoard activity, if enabledPump.fun token page

The difference between makers and holders matters enough to have its own page.

Different sites count volume differently. Some add buys and sells, some report only one side, some use different time windows and some filter small trades. Compare like with like, and expect two sites to show different volume for the same token and period.
