PumpCrateDocsStarting a session
A session is one run of trading on one token. You set it up in the New session tab of the panel, and the form is laid out in the same order as this page.
1. Add the token#
Paste the token's mint address into the token field. The panel checks that it is a valid Solana address and looks the token up, showing its name, logo, market cap and liquidity so you can confirm it is the coin you meant. Paste several mints at once, separated by spaces, commas or new lines, to launch the same settings on more than one token. See Several tokens at once.
Copy the mint from the Pump.fun token page URL or from Solscan rather than typing it. A single wrong character gives a different, valid-looking address.
2. Choose a preset or go custom#
Presets fill in the run time and the board activity settings in one click: First hour, Slow build, Quiet tape and Big prints. Slow build is selected by default. Change any setting afterwards and the preset switches to Custom. The presets page lists what each one sets.
3. Set volume and timing#
Volume per token#
The slider sets how much volume each token gets, in steps of 10 SOL, from 10 SOL up to what your balance allows. Quick buttons set it to 10%, 25%, 50% or the maximum of what is available. With several tokens, the maximum is your balance divided evenly between them.
Run time#
Choose how long the session spreads its trades: 30 minutes, 1, 2, 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours. The same volume over a longer window means a lower hourly rate and smaller, more spread out activity. The summary shows the resulting volume per hour.
Start now or later#
By default a session starts as soon as you launch it. Switch on a scheduled start to pick a date and time in UTC, at least one minute from now and up to 7 days ahead. This is useful when a launch time has already been announced.
4. Set the board activity#
- Comment density: the share of orders that also post a comment on the Pump.fun board, from 0% to 90% in steps of 5.
- Favorites: the share of session wallets that add the token to their favorites, from 0% to 100% in steps of 10.
- Follow the creator: on or off. When on, buying wallets follow the token creator's Pump.fun profile.
- Comment language: Mixed (all 8), English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Russian, Chinese, Korean or Japanese.
- Comment source: our library of 10,000+ lines, or your own lines from a .txt file.

5. Check the summary and launch#
The summary repeats the tokens, volume per token, total volume, run time, hourly rate, preset and board settings. Press Start. If you are not connected yet, the panel asks you to connect a wallet. If your balance is lower than the total, it offers a package. Otherwise the sessions are created, the total is taken from your balance, and you are taken to the Sessions tab.
The total for a launch is the volume per token multiplied by the number of tokens. Three tokens at 100 SOL each take 300 SOL from your balance.
Errors you may see#
| Message | Cause and fix |

| That does not look like a Solana mint address | The text pasted is not a valid base58 address. Copy the mint again from the token page. |
| Add at least one token mint first | The token list is empty. Paste a mint before pressing Start. |
| Each token needs at least 10 SOL of volume | The volume per token is below the minimum. Raise the slider. |
| Up to 20 tokens at once | More than 20 mints were added. Split them over two launches. |
| Your balance is lower than this plan | Volume per token times tokens is more than your balance. Lower the volume, remove tokens or buy a package. |
| Pick a start time at least a minute from now | The scheduled time is in the past or too close. Choose a later UTC time. |
